In 2018, we committed to making justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion a key strategic pillar within our business. We’re dedicated to The Trail Ahead and the work it will take to create lasting systemic change for a more equitable and inclusive tomorrow.

Our long-term action plans will drive change and impact within our four core areas of influence: Our Internal Team & Culture, Amplifying Voices through partnerships and storytelling, Reforming Outdoor Spaces to be more welcoming and inclusive, and Reshaping Retail and Our Industry. 

We want to generate real, meaningful change. And in order to do that, it’s important to track and monitor the progress we’re making against our goals. Here is a snapshot to our current, main actions and how we’re progressing. We will update this quarterly and continue to be transparent with our actions.
